Please read all terms carefully before registering. By making any payment, you confirm your irrevocable acceptance of these terms in full.

1
Registration & Payment Policy
報名及付款政策
1.1
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of any Deposit, Registration Fee, First Instalment, or Full Payment.
1.1
學員一經繳付訂金、報名費、首期分期學費或全額學費其中任何一項,即視為完成報名及確認學位。
1.2
By making any payment — including Deposit, Registration Fee, First Instalment, or Full Payment — the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to all provisions of these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy in full.

學員一經繳付任何款項(包括訂金、報名費、首期分期學費或全額學費),即表示已閱讀、理解並不可撤回地同意遵守本條款及細則及私隱政策之全部內容。
1.3
Upon confirmation, a training position is reserved exclusively for the participant and is no longer available to other applicants.
1.3
報名一經確認,瑜伽工作室將為該學員保留培訓名額,而該名額可能因此不再向其他申請人開放。
1.4
Where a tuition instalment arrangement is offered, the schedule and number of instalments shall be confirmed by the Studio at the time of registration. Instalments may fall prior to course commencement, during the course period, or a combination of both.

如瑜伽工作室提供分期付款安排,分期次數及付款時間表將於報名時由瑜伽工作室確認。分期付款可於課程開始前、課程進行期間,或兩者結合之形式進行。
1.5
Any instalment arrangement is a payment convenience only and does not constitute partial enrollment. Regardless of the payment arrangement selected, the participant remains responsible for the full course tuition fee.

分期付款安排僅為減輕學員財務負擔而設,並不構成部分報名。無論學員選擇任何付款方式,均須承擔整個課程之全部學費付款責任。
1.6
All fees paid — including any Deposit or Registration Fee — are strictly non-refundable at all times, whether paid before or after course commencement. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

所有已繳付之費用(包括訂金及報名費)於任何時候均不設退款,無論於課程開始前或開始後繳付,概不退還。
1.7
Non-refundable circumstances include but are not limited to: personal reasons, work commitments, family matters, travel, visa issues, relocation, academic commitments, employment changes, change of mind, withdrawal, absence, or failure to complete the course.

不獲退款之情況包括但不限於:個人原因、工作安排、家庭事務、旅遊、簽證問題、搬遷、學業安排、工作變動、改變主意、中途退出、缺席或未能完成課程等。
1.8
In cases of serious and documented medical conditions, injury, pregnancy, or other exceptional circumstances genuinely beyond the participant's control, the Studio may, at its sole discretion, consider alternative arrangements such as deferral. Please refer to Section 6: Deferral Policy. Any such arrangement is subject to the Studio's written approval and does not constitute a right to a refund.

如學員因嚴重疾病、受傷、懷孕或其他確實無法控制之特殊情況,可提交相關醫療或書面證明,向瑜伽工作室申請另作安排(例如延期修讀)。詳情請參閱第6條延期修讀政策。任何有關安排須經瑜伽工作室書面批准,且不構成退款權利。
2
Withdrawal & Outstanding Balance Policy
退學及未付學費政策
2.1
Withdrawal after course commencement does not relieve the participant of any outstanding tuition obligations.
2.1
學員於課程開始後退出、停止參與或未能完成課程,並不免除其支付剩餘學費之責任。
2.2
Participants who discontinue, withdraw, or fail to complete the course remain liable for the full course tuition fee. The obligation to pay the full course tuition fee is independent of and shall not be affected by any complaint, dispute, or grievance the participant may have against the Studio, its instructors, or staff.
2.2
課程開始後之退學行為不構成剩餘學費之豁免。支付全額學費之責任獨立於學員就瑜伽工作室、其導師或員工所提出之任何投訴、爭議或不滿,並不受其影響。
2.3
Where any outstanding balance remains unpaid, the Studio reserves the right to:
  • Withhold certification issuance
  • Withhold graduation approval
  • Restrict examination eligibility
  • Withhold course completion recognition
  • Restrict future enrollment in Studio programs
2.3
如學員未能按協議支付尚欠學費,瑜伽工作室有權採取以下措施:
  • 暫緩發放證書
  • 暫緩畢業資格審批
  • 限制考試資格
  • 暫緩課程完成確認
  • 限制日後報讀瑜伽工作室任何課程或活動
2.4
In the event of continued non-payment, the Studio reserves the right to pursue debt recovery, legal proceedings, or any other appropriate legal remedies.
2.4
如學員持續拖欠學費,瑜伽工作室有權採取追討欠款、法律程序或其他適當法律行動。
2.5
All reasonable administrative costs, legal fees, and debt recovery expenses incurred may be charged to the participant to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2.5
因追討欠款而產生之合理行政費用、法律費用及相關開支,於法律容許範圍內可向學員追討。
3
Transfer Policy
學位轉讓政策
3.1
Registration may be transferred once only, prior to the course commencement date.
3.1
已確認之課程學位僅可於課程開始前轉讓一次。
3.2
The participant is solely responsible for finding their own replacement. The Studio shall not introduce, source, or mediate replacement participants.
3.2
學員須自行尋找替代學員,瑜伽工作室不負責介紹、安排或協調替代學員。
3.3
A transfer fee of HKD 500 shall apply.
3.3
每次轉讓須繳付港幣500元行政費。
3.4
All transfer procedures must be completed at least seven (7) days before course commencement.
3.4
所有轉讓程序必須於課程開始日前最少七(7)天完成。
3.5
The Studio accepts no responsibility for any financial, contractual, or personal disputes between the original and replacement participant.
3.5
原學員與替代學員之間所產生之任何金錢、合約或個人糾紛,瑜伽工作室概不負責。
3.6
A transfer is only valid upon payment of the transfer fee and receipt of written consent from all relevant parties.
3.6
轉讓必須於繳付轉讓費及獲雙方書面確認後方為有效。
4
Course Changes & Cancellation
課程安排及取消
4.1
The Studio reserves the right to modify instructors, schedules, venues, course content, or operational arrangements where reasonably necessary.
4.1
瑜伽工作室保留因應實際需要更改導師、上課時間、地點、課程內容或營運安排之權利。
4.2
Schedule changes may occur due to force majeure, government regulations, public health concerns, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond the Studio's reasonable control.
4.2
因不可抗力、政府規定、公共衛生事件、場地問題或其他瑜伽工作室無法合理控制之情況而引致之課程調整,瑜伽工作室毋須承擔責任。
4.3
If the Studio cancels the course, participants may choose either: (a) a full refund; or (b) transfer to the next available intake.
4.3
如課程因瑜伽工作室原因取消,學員可選擇:(a) 全額退款;或 (b) 轉至下一期同類課程。
5
Attendance, Practice & Assessment Policy
出席率、練習要求及評核政策
5.1
To be eligible for certification, participants must satisfy ALL of the following:
  • Minimum 80% attendance of the total 60 training hours (minimum 48 hours)
  • Required attendance at designated Yin Yoga Classes (Sunday 1:45pm) as specified by the Studio
  • Successful completion of all practical assessments
  • Full payment of all tuition fees
5.1
學員必須符合以下所有要求方可獲發證書:
  • 完成總培訓時數60小時中最少80%(即最少48小時)
  • 按瑜伽工作室要求出席指定陰瑜伽課堂(逢星期日下午1:45)
  • 通過瑜伽工作室要求之實習評核
  • 繳清所有學費
5.2
Failure to satisfy any of the above requirements results in ineligibility for certification.
5.2
未能符合上述任何要求者,均不符合證書發放資格。
5.3
Participants who do not achieve the minimum 80% attendance (48 hours) shall not graduate with their enrolled intake.
5.3
未能達到最少80%出席率(48小時)之學員,不得於原定班別畢業。
5.4
Participants who fail to meet the minimum attendance requirement may make up the shortfall in a subsequent intake at an additional fee of HKD 2,000. Only the hours not completed in the original intake are eligible for make-up.
5.4
未達最低出席時數要求之學員,可於下一期課程補修缺席時數,須額外繳付港幣2,000元補修費。補修範圍僅限於原期課程中未完成之時數。
5.5
Payment of the make-up fee does not waive any remaining graduation requirements. All other certification criteria must still be fulfilled.
5.5
繳付補修費後,學員仍須完成所有尚未完成之評核及其他畢業要求。
5.6
Attendance at designated Yin Yoga Classes (Sunday 1:45pm) is calculated based solely on actual attendance records. The Studio's standard booking, Late Cancellation, and No-show policies apply.
5.6
指定陰瑜伽課堂(逢星期日下午1:45)之出席紀錄僅以實際出席計算,並須遵守瑜伽工作室一般課堂預約、Late Cancellation及No-show政策。
5.7
Any class cancelled less than 12 hours before start time is treated as a Late Cancellation or No-show; the class credit shall be deducted and not counted as attendance.
5.7
如學員未能於課堂開始前十二(12)小時取消預約,將被視為Late Cancellation或No-show,相關課堂配額將照常扣除,並不計算作出席紀錄。
5.8
Participants who fail the practical assessment may apply for reassessment at HKD 500 per attempt, within three (3) months of the official course completion date.
5.8
未通過實習評核之學員可於課程正式結束日起計三(3)個月內申請補考,每次補考須繳付港幣500元補考費。
5.9
Reassessment dates are determined solely by the Studio. The Studio is under no obligation to arrange special or individual examination dates.
5.9
補考日期及安排由瑜伽工作室全權決定,瑜伽工作室並無責任因個別學員需要而安排額外或特別補考時間。
5.10
Completion of the course does not automatically guarantee certification.

完成課程並不代表學員自動獲得證書。
6
Deferral Policy
延期修讀政策
6.1
Participants unable to continue due to serious medical conditions, injury, surgery, pregnancy, or long-term hospitalization may apply for deferral by providing supporting documentation.
6.1
如學員因嚴重疾病、受傷、手術、懷孕、長期住院或其他經瑜伽工作室合理認可之特殊情況而未能繼續修讀,可提交相關證明文件申請延期修讀。
6.2
Approval of any deferral request is at the sole discretion of the Studio.
6.2
延期申請是否獲批將由瑜伽工作室全權酌情決定。
6.3
Approved participants may defer enrollment once only to the next available intake.
6.3
獲批准之學員可將學籍延期一次至下一期課程。
6.4
A deferral is not a refund. All fees paid remain non-refundable.
6.4
延期修讀並不構成退款,所有已繳費用均不設退還。
6.5
Deferred participants must resume training within the period specified by the Studio. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deferral privilege.
6.5
學員須於瑜伽工作室指定期限內恢復修讀,否則延期資格可能被取消。
7
Yoga Alliance Registration
Yoga Alliance 登記
7.1
This course is conducted under a Yoga Alliance registered program. Upon successful completion, graduates who wish to obtain the relevant Yoga Alliance credential must independently apply to Yoga Alliance for membership and registration.
7.1
本課程為Yoga Alliance認可課程。學員成功完成課程後,如欲取得相關Yoga Alliance資格認證,須自行向Yoga Alliance申請會籍及登記。
7.2
All Yoga Alliance membership and registration fees are the sole responsibility of the participant and are not included in the course tuition.
7.2
所有Yoga Alliance會籍及登記費用由學員自行承擔,並不包含於課程學費之內。
7.3
The Studio assumes no responsibility for Yoga Alliance registration outcomes, approval timelines, or any changes to Yoga Alliance's membership requirements or policies.
7.3
瑜伽工作室對Yoga Alliance之登記結果、審批時間,或Yoga Alliance會籍要求及政策之任何變更概不負責。
Yoga Alliance registration is a separate process initiated by the graduate. The Studio issues course certification upon fulfillment of all graduation requirements. Yoga Alliance credentials are granted solely at the discretion of Yoga Alliance.
Yoga Alliance登記為學員畢業後自行辦理之獨立程序。瑜伽工作室於學員符合所有畢業要求後發出課程證書;Yoga Alliance資格由Yoga Alliance全權審批。
8
Health & Personal Responsibility
健康聲明及個人責任
8.1
Participants acknowledge that yoga practice involves physical activity and voluntarily participate at their own risk.
8.1
學員明白瑜伽練習涉及身體活動,並自願承擔參與課程所涉及之風險。
8.2
Participants are responsible for monitoring their own health condition and obtaining professional medical advice where necessary.
8.2
學員有責任自行管理其健康狀況,並於有需要時尋求專業醫療意見。
8.3
Participants must disclose any relevant medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or health concern prior to participation.
8.3
學員須於參與課程前主動披露任何相關疾病、受傷、懷孕或其他健康狀況。
8.4
Except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the Studio shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse consequence arising from a participant's health condition, personal circumstances, or participation in the course.
8.4
除因瑜伽工作室嚴重疏忽或故意失當所致外,瑜伽工作室毋須就學員因健康狀況、個人原因或參與課程而引致之任何損失、傷害或不利後果承擔責任。
8.5
The Studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings on Studio premises.
8.5
瑜伽工作室對學員在瑜伽工作室範圍內之個人財物遺失、被盜或損毀概不負責。
9
Copyright, Recording & Course Materials
版權、錄音錄影及教材保護
9.1
All manuals, handouts, documents, videos, course materials, and teaching content remain the intellectual property of the Studio.
9.1
課程期間提供之教材、講義、文件、影片、教學內容及其他資源之所有知識產權均屬瑜伽工作室所有。
9.2
Participants are granted access to materials solely for personal learning purposes.
9.2
學員僅可將有關資料用作個人學習用途。
9.3
Participants shall not reproduce, distribute, photograph, record, upload, transmit, sell, share, publish, or use any course materials for teaching or commercial purposes without the Studio's prior written consent.
9.3
未經瑜伽工作室事先書面同意,學員不得複製、分發、拍攝、錄音、錄影、上載、傳送、出售、分享、出版或將有關資料用作教學或商業用途。
9.4
Participants shall not audio record, video record, livestream, or capture any lectures, demonstrations, or course activities without prior written approval from the Studio.
9.4
未經瑜伽工作室事先書面批准,學員不得對課堂、講解、示範、實習內容或任何教學活動進行錄音、錄影、直播或其他形式之記錄。
9.5
Violation of this policy may result in immediate dismissal from the course, with all fees paid remaining non-refundable. The Studio reserves the right to seek damages and pursue legal action.
9.5
違反本條款者,瑜伽工作室有權即時取消其學籍,而所有已繳費用均不予退還。瑜伽工作室保留追討損害賠償及採取法律行動之權利。
10
Photography, Video & Image Usage
照片、影片及肖像使用
10.1
Photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the course may be used by the Studio for educational records, websites, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and other marketing purposes.
10.1
學員同意瑜伽工作室可使用課程期間拍攝之照片、影片及其他影像紀錄作教育存檔、網站、社交媒體、廣告、宣傳刊物及其他市場推廣用途。
10.2
Participants who do not consent to the use of their image must submit a written opt-out request before course commencement.
10.2
如學員不同意使用其肖像,必須於課程開始前以書面形式提出申請。
10.3
The Studio retains full ownership of all photographs, videos, and recordings created by or on behalf of the Studio during the course.
10.3
瑜伽工作室保留對課程期間由瑜伽工作室或代表瑜伽工作室所拍攝之所有照片、影片及影像紀錄之完整擁有權。
11
Grievance & Dispute Resolution
投訴及爭議處理程序
11.1
Any complaint or grievance regarding the Studio, its instructors, or staff must be submitted in writing to the Studio within seven (7) days of the relevant incident.
11.1
學員如對瑜伽工作室、其導師或員工有任何投訴或不滿,必須於相關事件發生後七(7)日內以書面形式向瑜伽工作室提出。
11.2
The Studio shall have fourteen (14) days to review and respond to any written complaint.
11.2
瑜伽工作室將於收到書面投訴後十四(14)日內審閱及作出回應。
11.3
Participants who fail to follow this internal grievance procedure prior to making any public statement, online post, or disclosure — whether made directly, indirectly, anonymously, pseudonymously, or through any third party — shall be deemed to have waived their right to raise such complaint and may be subject to legal action for any resulting reputational damage to the Studio.

學員如未遵循上述內部投訴程序,而直接、間接、匿名、以化名或透過任何第三方發表任何公開聲明、網上帖文或披露相關事宜,將被視為已放棄提出有關投訴之權利,且可能須就對瑜伽工作室聲譽造成之損害承擔法律責任。
11.4
The existence of a complaint or dispute does not suspend, reduce, or extinguish the participant's obligation to pay any outstanding tuition fees.

投訴或爭議之存在並不暫停、減少或免除學員支付任何尚欠學費之責任。
12
Non-Disparagement & Privacy of Studio Personnel
非詆毀及人員私隱保護條款
12.1
Participants agree not to make, publish, or cause to be published any false, misleading, or defamatory statements — whether oral, written, or digital, including on social media, review platforms, or any online channels, and whether made under the participant's own name, anonymously, pseudonymously, or through any third-party account — regarding the Studio, its instructors, staff, or programs.
12.1
學員同意不得就瑜伽工作室、其導師、員工或課程,以口頭、書面或數碼形式(包括社交媒體、評論平台或任何網上渠道),無論以本人名義、匿名、化名或透過任何第三方帳戶,發表、發布或導致他人發布任何虛假、誤導性或誹謗性言論。
12.2
Any public statement made by a participant must be accurate, fair, and not intended to cause reputational harm to the Studio.
12.2
學員所發表之任何公開言論必須真實、公正,且不得意圖損害瑜伽工作室之聲譽。
12.3
Breach of this clause may result in immediate dismissal from the course with no refund, and the Studio reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages, including compensation for reputational loss and legal costs.

違反本條款者,瑜伽工作室有權即時取消其學籍且不予退款,並保留就損害(包括聲譽損失及法律費用)提出法律索償之權利。
12.4
Participants shall not disclose, publish, or distribute any personal information relating to the Studio's owners, operators, instructors, or staff — including but not limited to residential address, family relationships, nationality, financial information, or any other private matters — without prior written consent. Unauthorised disclosure of such information may constitute a breach of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
12.4
學員不得在未獲事先書面同意的情況下,披露、發布或散佈任何有關瑜伽工作室東主、營運者、導師或員工之個人資料,包括但不限於住址、家庭關係、國籍、財務狀況或其他私人事宜。未經授權披露上述資料可能構成違反《個人資料(私隱)條例》(第486章),並可能須承擔民事及/或刑事法律責任。
13
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
適用法律及司法管轄權
13.1
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
13.1
本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄並按其解釋。
13.2
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

因本條款及細則所引起或相關之一切爭議,均受香港法院專屬司法管轄。

Where these Terms & Conditions are available in more than one language, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency. English governs

13.4
By registering for the course, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

Full name, contact information, date of birth, emergency contact details, payment records, health and medical disclosures, attendance records, assessment results, and photographs or videos taken during the course.

Disclosure to third parties

Personal data may be disclosed to payment processors and service providers engaged by the Studio solely for the purposes set out in this Policy. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

個人資料或會披露予付款處理機構及瑜伽工作室委聘之服務提供商,且僅用於本政策所列明之目的。瑜伽工作室不會將個人資料出售或租借予第三方作商業用途。

Photography & marketing use

照片及市場推廣用途

Photographs and videos taken during the course may be used for website content, social media, and marketing materials. Participants who do not consent must submit a written opt-out request before course commencement (refer to T&C Section 10).

課程期間拍攝之照片及影片或會用於網站內容、社交媒體及宣傳材料。不同意使用肖像之學員必須於課程開始前以書面形式提出申請(請參閱條款及細則第10條)。

Retention

資料保留期

Course records including certification and attendance are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

課程紀錄(包括證書及出席紀錄)最少保留七(7)年,或按適用法律規定保留。

Security

資料安全

The Studio implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
