「地」元素,也稱「土」元素,是固態物質的象徵,與我們的身體結構有關,象徵穩固、堅實、耐心、力量和安全。基於這個元素的課堂,節奏相對會放慢,更加針對式子的正位,透過這元素課堂的練習會更加了解瑜體位法、强化身體的肌肉、提高關節的靈活度和身心合一的境界。
