Eunice Tsoi
自小喜歡並關注心身靈課題,主修心理學系畢業,將學術知識與個人靈性探索融合於教學之中。她的課程強調身體練習與哲學智慧的平衡,引導學生培養整體健康與正念自覺,促進身心靈的和諧發展。
從事瑜伽心身靈療癒行業以長達10年,以超過18000小時的教學時數,是美國瑜伽聯盟培訓 RYT200 & 300 小時瑜伽教練,視瑜伽教學工作為終身的職業,目標是成為一名出色的光之工作者。她精通多種瑜伽流派,包括阿斯湯加、流瑜伽、哈他瑜伽、陰瑜伽、空中瑜伽及瑜伽輪,並曾在美國、印度、峇里島、尼泊爾及香港等地深造。
她完成了國際認證的RYT 200及RYT 300師資培訓,並持續研習功能性動作學、普拉提、冥想與聲音療癒,這些多元的學習使她對人體身心有深刻的理解。
Eunice is an experienced international yoga teacher with over 10 years of practice and teaching. She is trained in multiple styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Aerial Yoga, and Yoga Wheel, having studied extensively across the USA, India, Bali, Nepal, and Hong Kong. Her comprehensive training includes RYT 200 and RYT 300 certifications, as well as studies in Functional Movement, Pilates, Meditation, and Sound Healing, which have deepened her understanding of the human body and mind.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Eunice integrates both academic knowledge and personal spiritual exploration into her teaching. Her classes emphasize the balance of physical practice and philosophical wisdom, guiding students to cultivate holistic wellness and mindful self-awareness.

Charlie Chan
她自2020年起成為一名專注且熱忱的瑜伽教練。她從激勵他人練習瑜伽中獲得極大的成就感,並深信正能量具有感染力。她希望學生在課堂結束後能感受到更多活力與正向,並擁有面對生活挑戰的韌性。儘管歷經許多起伏,她始終堅守教學初心,期望透過瑜伽幫助更多人找到內心的平靜與喜悅。
她致力於持續學習,擁有基礎的RYT 200瑜伽師資認證,並同時具備輪瑜伽及陰瑜伽教練資格。此外,她還取得頌缽療癒與靈氣認證,將這些療癒技術融入整體的健康教學中,為學員提供全方位的身心調理體驗。
She has been a dedicated Yoga Instructor since 2020. She finds great fulfillment in motivating others through yoga and believes that positive energy is truly contagious. Her hope is that students leave her classes feeling more energetic and positive, empowered to face life’s challenges with resilience. Despite the many ups and downs she has experienced, she has never wavered from her original intention of teaching yoga-to help more people discover peace and joy through their practice.
Committed to continuous learning, she holds a foundational RYT 200 certification and is also qualified as an instructor in Wheel Yoga and Yin Yoga. Additionally, she is certified in Singing Bowl therapy and Reiki, integrating these healing modalities into her holistic approach to wellness.

Cindy Cheung
她於2015年開始踏上瑜伽之路,從此對瑜伽充滿熱情。專精於哈達瑜伽,她在課堂中注重陰陽能量的平衡,致力於為學員帶來身心整合的整體健康與和諧。她喜歡透過體式(asana)、調息(pranayama)、冥想及正念練習分享瑜伽的智慧,幫助學員同時培養身體力量與內在覺察。
她擁有香港理工大學物流學學士學位(2002–2005),並取得香港體適能總會的兒童健身指導員資格。多元的背景使她能靈活調整教學方式,與不同年齡層的學員建立連結,並依照個別需求設計合適的練習。
無論是瑜伽初學者,還是希望深化練習的學員,她的課堂都提供支持且包容的環境,引導學員探索身體平衡、呼吸節奏與身心連結。
She began her yoga journey in 2015 and has been passionate about the practice ever since. Specializing in Hatha Yoga, she focuses on balancing Yin and Yang energies in her classes to promote holistic wellness and harmony for her students. She enjoys sharing the timeless wisdom of yoga through asana, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness practices, helping students cultivate both physical strength and inner awareness.
She holds a degree in Logistics from The Polytechnic University of Hong Kong (2002–2005) and is certified in Children Fitness Instructor Training through The Hong Kong Federation. Her diverse background enriches her teaching approach, enabling her to connect with students of all ages and tailor practices to support their unique needs.
Whether students are new to yoga or seeking to deepen their practice, her classes provide a supportive environment to explore balance, breath, and the body-mind connection.

Yannis Tsang
Yannis 已經投入瑜伽練習超過十年。她原本從事工程師工作,四年前發現自己對瑜伽的熱情,毅然轉換職業,開始全心投入瑜伽教學。
Yannis 曾在多個瑜伽館、社區中心及組織分享她對瑜伽的熱愛,她專長於哈他瑜伽和流瑜伽(Vinyasa),這兩種也是她個人最喜愛的課程。她亦在慈善中心教授長者瑜伽,深知不同體型的學員需要不同的體式調整與指導。
她的課堂氣氛輕鬆有趣,同時兼具挑戰性,會安排適當的熱身並根據學員需求提供體式變化。Yannis 的教學理念注重正念、包容與個人成長,致力營造溫暖且友善的環境,讓學員自在探索自己的瑜伽練習。她的目標是幫助學員將瑜伽融入日常生活,體驗瑜伽在墊上與生活中的美好轉變。
Yannis has been dedicated to her yoga journey for over a decade. After initially working as an engineer, she discovered her true passion for yoga and made the career transition four years ago. Since then, she has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Yannis has shared her love for yoga across various studios, community centers, and organizations. Specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga-both of which are her personal favorites-she also teaches elderly students at charity centers, understanding the importance of adapting poses and adjustments to different body types.
Her classes are known for being fun yet challenging, with appropriate warm-ups and modifications to suit individual needs. Yannis’s teaching philosophy centers on mindfulness, inclusivity, and personal growth. She strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where students feel comfortable exploring their practice. Her ultimate goal is to help students integrate yoga into their daily lives and experience its transformative benefits both on and off the mat.

Catherine Ip
Catherine 投入瑜伽練習十年,前半生大部分時間奉獻給工作,並在2022年成為瑜伽老師,瑜伽逐漸成為她生活的重要一部分。
為了更深入了解瑜伽,她持續進修相關專業課程,包括瑜伽輪(Yoga Wheel)、空中瑜伽師資培訓(Aerial TTC)及伸展專業課程。除了練習體位法(Asana),她也深入探索瑜伽的靈性層面,從聲音療癒(如頌缽Singing Bowl和鋼舌鼓Steel Tongue Drum)到靜坐冥想,幫助自己打開思維與心靈。她希望將瑜伽的美好分享給更多有緣人。
Catherine has been dedicated to her yoga journey for a decade. Having dedicated most of her early life to work, she discovered yoga in 2022 and gradually made it an integral part of her daily life.
To deepen her understanding, she continuously pursues advanced training in yoga-related fields, including Yoga Wheel, Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC), and specialized stretching programs. Beyond practicing asanas, she explores the spiritual aspects of yoga through sound healing techniques such as Singing Bowl and Steel Tongue Drum, as well as seated meditation. These practices have helped her open her mind and expand her awareness. She aspires to share the benefits of yoga with those who are destined to experience it.
