「空」元素,是空間的象徵,代表無限性、自由、擴展。空元素既不可看見也不可聽見,但它滲透並將一切連接在一起,是最微妙的元素。基於這個元素的課堂,透過冥想和意識的擴展來體現,幫助練習者達到精神上的解脫和擴展。冥想和高階的意識練習有助於體驗到「空」的概念。
常練習會使我們感到連結、安全、有保障、被保護、被支持、被愛、被接納、被理解,能夠感受到與他人、自己、生命、精神、宇宙有著深刻的連結。當我們處於平衡狀態時,我們也會更加真誠,發自內心的說話和行動。
調息法與指導冥想 (Breathwork & Meditation)
這堂課結合呼吸練習與冥想,幫助你透過有意識的呼吸調節身心,達到深度放鬆與內在平靜。課程中會引導你學習各種呼吸技巧,如瑜伽呼吸法(Pranayama),透過控制呼吸節奏來釋放壓力、平衡情緒,並提升專注力與覺察力。冥想環節則帶領你進入當下,清理雜念,促進心理健康與精神清晰。適合所有程度學員,無論是初學者還是有冥想經驗者,都能從中受益。
This class combines breathwork and meditation to help you regulate your body and mind through conscious breathing, achieving deep relaxation and inner calm. You will be guided through various breathing techniques, such as yogic pranayama, which use breath control to release stress, balance emotions, and enhance focus and awareness. The meditation portion leads you into the present moment, clearing mental clutter and promoting mental health and clarity. Suitable for all levels, whether you are new to meditation or have prior experience.
平衡與優化脈輪(Balance & Optimization Chakras)
脈輪系統源自古印度的能量智慧,人體共有七大脈輪,沿著脊柱中軸分布,分別掌管不同的身體、情緒與靈性功能。本課程旨在幫助學員辨識並平衡各脈輪的能量,優化身心靈的整體運作與和諧。透過瑜伽體位法、呼吸練習、冥想及聲頻療癒等多元方法,促進能量流動,釋放阻塞,恢復身體的自然平衡與活力。
The chakra system, originating from ancient Indian wisdom, consists of seven major energy centers aligned along the spine, each governing different physical, emotional, and spiritual functions. This course aims to help participants identify and balance the energy of each chakra, optimizing the overall harmony and function of body, mind, and spirit. Through yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and sound healing, the course promotes energy flow, releases blockages, and restores natural balance and vitality.
頌缽聲頻冥想 (Singing Bowl Sound Meditation)
頌缽聲頻冥想利用頌缽發出的和諧振動聲波,幫助學員進入深度放鬆與冥想狀態。透過正確的敲擊和摩擦技巧,頌缽的聲音能調節大腦波頻,使身心迅速平靜,促進壓力釋放、情緒調整及睡眠品質提升。課程內容涵蓋頌缽的基本知識、聲音冥想技巧、自我療癒方法及實際聲頻體驗,適合初學者及有興趣探索聲音療癒的人士。
學員將學習如何運用頌缽聲音配合呼吸,激發身體自我修復能力,並透過聲波共振促進能量流動與身心靈的和諧,達到連接更高意識狀態的效果。
Singing Bowl Sound Meditation uses the harmonious vibrations of singing bowls to guide practitioners into a deep state of relaxation and meditation. Through proper striking and rubbing techniques, the sound frequencies help regulate brain waves, quickly calming the mind and body, relieving stress, balancing emotions, and improving sleep quality. The course covers basic knowledge of singing bowls, sound meditation techniques, self-healing methods, and hands-on sound healing experiences, suitable for beginners and those interested in sound therapy.
Participants will learn how to use singing bowl sounds in conjunction with breathwork to activate the body’s self-healing abilities. The sound vibrations promote energy flow and harmony of body, mind, and spirit, facilitating connection to higher states of consciousness.
睡眠瑜伽 (Yoga Nidra)
睡眠瑜伽,又稱瑜伽睡眠,是一種深度放鬆的冥想練習,通過語音引導讓身體進入「有意識的睡眠」狀態。練習時,身體完全放鬆,心靈保持覺知,介於睡眠與清醒之間,有助於釋放身體緊繃、緩解精神壓力與情緒不安。睡眠瑜伽能提升睡眠品質、減輕慢性疼痛、舒緩自律神經,並增強注意力與記憶力,適合各年齡層人士,尤其對失眠、焦慮及壓力大的人特別有效。
課程中學員只需躺下,跟隨引導將注意力依序放在身體各部位與呼吸上,進入深層放鬆。
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a deep relaxation meditation practice that guides the body into a state of “conscious sleep.” During the practice, the body is fully relaxed while the mind remains aware, existing between waking and sleeping states. This helps release physical tension, relieve mental stress, and calm emotional unrest. Yoga Nidra improves sleep quality, reduces chronic pain, soothes the nervous system, and enhances focus and memory. It is suitable for all ages and especially beneficial for those suffering from insomnia, anxiety, and high stress.
In class, students lie down and follow guided instructions to focus attention sequentially on different body parts and the breath, entering a profound state of relaxation.
冥想與自我對話 (Meditation & Self-Talk Yoga)
安排一個只屬於自己的時間建立恆常的冥想習慣,與自己對話瑜伽是一種將瑜伽與正向的言語結合的練習,可以改善心理、情緒和身體的健康。這一堂沒有任何的導師,在課室中找個舒服的位置進行自我練習。我們的中心會定期安排冥想教學課堂,教導學生如何冥想,學習後學生就可自行安排練習。
透過靜心冥想與引導式自我對話,學員學會觀察和接納自己的想法與情緒,培養正向的內在對話,減輕壓力與焦慮,提升自我理解與情緒調節能力。
課程中亦融入呼吸練習與瑜伽體式,促進身心連結與能量流動,讓學員在動靜之間找到平衡與寧靜。適合希望增強自我覺察、改善心理健康及深化靈性成長的人士。

A soothing fusion of gentle yoga and sound healing therapy. This class combines slow, mindful movements with the vibrational healing of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other harmonic instruments. Designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore inner balance through deep relaxation.

融合「陰瑜伽」與「肌筋膜放鬆」的深度修復練習。透過長時間保持被動體式(3-5分鐘),搭配瑜伽滾輪或按摩球針對筋膜結節釋放,改善僵硬問題,為身心創造空間。
Deeply restorative practice combining Yin Yoga and myofascial release techniques. This class uses prolonged holds (3-5 minutes) in passive Yin postures with targeted foam rolling or massage balls to release tension in the connective tissues (fascia). Ideal for improving mobility, relieving chronic stiffness, and creating space in both body and mind.
